WHY DO WE ASK FOR YOUR MEDICAL INSURANCE AND YOUR VISION INSURANCE?

Vision insurance typically covers things like routine eye exams, contact lens fittings, new glasses, and so on. Eye issues or other health problems that affect the eyes are considered outside of routine vision care and get billed to your medical insurance.

PAYMENT

To pay your account balance directly, enter the balance amount in the form below. You will receive an email receipt/confirmation when the payment is processed. Please contact us if you have any issues.

We accept cash, check, major credit cards, and Care Credit. We welcome flexible spending plans, health savings accounts (HSA), medical savings accounts (MSA), and cafeteria plans.

We also offer payment plan options through Cherry.
