We want your appointment to be as stress-free as possible!
Our staff will do everything we can to make sure your experience is pleasant and convenient.
What to Expect
You will be warmly welcomed when you walk through the door. We will look at your paperwork (PS we’re happy to answer any questions you may have had about completing any of it!), then our team will work together to evaluate your eyes and provide relevant eye care—from treatment to patient education to fitting you for eye wear, and anything we can do to help in between.
You may wish to download and fill out the following forms before your appointment, to expedite your visit.
